Need a shower gift for someone who has everything
I'm attending a baby shower on saturday and really, they have everything, so I'm at a loss as to what to get them.
They have all the essentials (baby is 1 month old), bouncy chair, excersaucer, baby carrier, play gym - everything.
I don't want to just get them clothes. Any ideas?

You could always get a GC for BRU? Or something for the parents - like a night out for dinner complete with babysitter...
Diapers! One of my favorite gifts was a 3 tier diaper cake that a couple of my Nestie friends gave me when DS was born. I think it is the perfect gift for the new parents that have everything. Here is a link to some instructions on how to make one: http://www.plan-the-perfect-baby-shower.com/diaper-cake.html. There are lots of ways to make them so you might want to google it and find one that you like. Here are some pics :

Another gift that they might like is a giftcard to a photography session at Sears or Walmart.
The neighbourhood men have regular poker nights and they all brought diapers one night. The cases filled the back of their pick up truck, so I think they're good for a bit
I love this idea.
It sounds like they are using disposables, do they have a diaper genie?
My colleagues gave a us a gift certificate to print off 200 prints from Blacks. I thought that was a really cool idea.
Either that or I would maybe go to Birks or Tiffany's and get the baby a silver keepsake (frame, rattle, piggy bank) something like that?
I'm not sure if they sell those Bunnykins dishes anymore but those are great keepsakes as well.
I second all the GC ideas - photography sessions, baby & mom classes, outings for the parents... I'll also add, depending how close you are with the couple, babysitting certificates.
I like the idea of giving something like books - you could maybe look into "of the month" clubs and get them a book delivered each month.
Or, there's always the necessities, which I'm told are always appreciated. Maybe you could have a theme for your gift basket - the "bear" necessities and add some teddy bears or something.
GL! I'm sure you'll find something, tons of great responses on here.
Do you have one of those dinner preparation places nearby? Like Supperworks?
Getting a GC to there is a great idea. And if the baby is (I think) less than 3 months old, they'll actually prepare the meals for the Mom and all she has to do is pick it up.
Wow all of those are such great ideas!
Sarah and Rach bought me a GC to a local fine dining establishment so Mike and I could go on a date. It was AWESOME. Such a thoughtful gift, and parents never think of themselves. Great idea!
I know that I cherished GC's to WalMart, Shoppers DrugMart and Sobeys.
One of my best friends just had a baby and I knew she already had everything she needed from the couple of showers she had so I came up with the idea of an M&M Meat Shop gift card. With it she could fill her freezer with some frozen meals to make her life a little easier. She loved it!
