we bought a house!
Just waiting on funding! I am so nervous. We close on Aug 28. Eek! Dh says I can't start packing til we have the funding for sure...little does he know that I've been packing little things for months!

Wow, if you bought in Waterloo village we would have been neighbours pretty much! But, sounds like the home you got is gorgeous. Bayridge has some nice old homes, we were looking in that area too but since we were looking for a "move in" home pretty much, there was not much available at the time which didn't require some time and $$, so we bought new.
We literally bought our home, and had our keys 2 weeks later!
