I think he just had a trainer. but at that size, any positive change will result in weightloss. it's those last 5 (or 15
) pesky lbs that are a b!tch.

Nothing breeds faster than Crazy
no surgery, except to remove the excess skin. watch the video if you can, they show him with probably 50 lbs of skin hanging over his jeans.
Dude!! I saw him on some TLC special (i think?) and he is a virgin too!! They poor guy-- they named the show like "The 600 lb Virgin" or something.
I saw part of this over the weekend. I think at the end they said that he is still a virgin, but was starting to have some success on the dating front. In the episode I watched he was going to a dating coach because he had no idea how to flirt with girls.
