Wainscoting and Paint~inspiration
Hi ladies,
We recently purchased a house and move in the 31st of this month. I have so many options as what to do with paint and decor and really love the look of the wainscoting.
Have any of you ladies done this yourself? Tips, pricing, etc. would be appreciated.
Also, I want to re-paint the living room, kitchen and family room. Any ideas for inspiration websites, places you love to look at to get ideas, maybe even pictures of your own do it yourself jobs. I know a lot of you are really into this on this board and I thought I would go to you for help!

Congrats on the purchase of your house! DH and I just purchased one and are moving into it the 25th of this month.
I haven't done my wainscoting project yet, but plan on it being a diy for DH and myself. DH is very good about knowing his do-it-yourself limits and will never take on more than he thinks he can handle and has no issues with us doing it on our own, so it can't be to hard. We plan on using it in our bathroom. When we were looking for houses one we looked at had white wainscoting in the bathroom with bold color on the top and we loved the look. I'm going to try to get this done before we move (there is terrible wall paper in there now that I can't stand) but I don't know if I'll have enough time, I may be able to give you more advice on it after I do it. But I'm looking forward to hearing the replies on this too.
I have some different paint colors with the brands/names in my bio if you want to take a look. There's also the paint bio. I would check out the www.diynetwork.com for tips on installing wainscotting. We haven't done it but I think its relatively easy.
