  • I usually do.  I actually have a bunch of stuff frozen in the freezer for the next few weeks.  It helps when I grocery shop.  I have a set list and don't tend to overspend.

  • I have tried this and tend to have better luck sticking to it in the winter time for some reason, maybe it's because there is nothing else to do but sit in during the week and so I spend more time making dinners.

This is partially why we do it.  But it also saves us from going "What do you want for dinner?" "I don't know... what do you want for dinner?" And doing that repeatedly for like an hour and then ordering in food that's atrocious for us. LOL

  • I usually plan meals for the week but over the summer we tend to just stock up on stuff for the grill and decide what we want day to day.

  • I don't plan what we are having each night but I do make a list of what we will have throughout the week for the grocery list and then we can just decide what we want on each day.  I just started doing this last year and wonder why I didn't do it before.

  • Usually driving to the grocery store we come up with dinner ideas and get those, put most of the stuff in the freezer and decide the night before what we want and take it out.

  • We do a weekly menu plan, but don't know which night we will make what.  Usually depends on what has gone on that day and who is cooking that night!
