I can't believe it

The other night I was in the bathroom and noticed a wierd tinge in my hair colour - I looked closely and almost freaked out. My first grey hair Indifferent

Well, I thought one is not so bad. Ya right...who was I kidding. I found 2 more strands this afternoon.

Ugh. I am totally unimpressed right now. Thank goodness I have an appointment at the hair salon on Friday. Last week I had scheduled an appointment for a cut & highlights. Friday cannot come soon enough!!

Re: I can't believe it

  • I want to feel sorry for you.  But having been going steadily greyer since 18 I find it hard to muster sympathy for others :)

It's my dad's family who greys early so I told him I was going to start billing him for the color every few months.

  • i feel your pain!

it was a bit unnerving the first time I found one. didn't find too many for a while but now there are more than I'm ahppy with. my stylist laughs at me everytime and says she hardly sees it but now that there is more coming in at my temples - ugh!

i think women with a full head of silver look great - but not me, not yet!!

my grandmother was salt and pepper early - i will happily be dying for many years before that happens!! Although if it was all a nice shiney grey I would be fine with it after I retire. :)
