That really, really sucks.
We sold our house in Regina last fall after about 5 months and a $45,000 price reduction. We listed it at about the time that the market went pear-shaped, and we also lost a few deals, one on the day that the conditions were set to expire. It was an all around horrible experience, and I never want to list a house ever again!
In short, what I'm trying to say is that I feel you pain.
