Candy Stores?
Are there any places that I can see/buy candy in bulk in person? I am doing a candy buffet for my little sister's Sweet 16 and I need to get black, white, and hot pink candy!

There are two at Grapevine Mills mall (where I bought most of my candy). One store was a little less than the other, but of course I don't remember which one.
Central Market has great bulk candy but is really expensive.
