Re: Leg Cramps!!!
I'll trade you my hot flashes for the leg cramps for the day!!
I"m so sorry!! For both the leg cramps and the hot flashes!!
For the leg cramps - are you drinking enough water? They were always a sign of dehydration for me - and especially in this heat, that could happen!
For the hot flashes - I thought I read somewhere that soy helps...
Really?! I'm willing to give that a shot!
Kristy~ I like your logic.
Kristy, I like your logic, too.
And drinking more water now...
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Eat bananas. I got them all the time wihen pregnant with E. They always come in the middle of the night and I wake up screaming like somebody is choking me! Once I started eating bananas (daily) they went away. There are also calf muscle stretches you can do at night.
I got lazy with this pregnancy, but got my first leg cramp last Thursday. You bet I've had my bananas daily since then : )
I do not miss those.
I never ate bananas (
) I just shook P awaks & had him rub them out.
Me too! I used to get them nearly every night. Point your feet and toes upward as far as they will go until you feel it's gone away.
If it makes you feel any better, I don't recall any leg cramps.
yeah but they are pretty funny too. Especially when I accidently kicked Dh off the bed while he was helping me stretch it out.
lol!
I'm SO there with you!
When I was playing sports- bananas always helped keep away the muscle cramps.
LOL! Sorry to make it soound so horrible. It really isn't all bad. There's the kicking and feeling a life growing inside of you. Ok, maybe that sounds scarry, too.
