chicken satay, coconut shrimp, tom yum goong, papaya salad, seafood glass noodle salad, fried morninglory, fried pomfrit with chili sauce, green curry with chicken. they were out of mango w/sticky rice. bummer.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
My friend gave me an easy (but apparently delicious) chicken recipe. I think I'm going to try it tonight.
Cut chicken breast into cubes. Beat two eggs. Crumble up sour cream and onion potato chips. Dip cubes of chicken into egg mix, coat with chips, put in dish and bake at 375 for 35-40 mins.
Last night we went out to eat and had teppan steak and shrimp.
I've been on a "I don't feel like cooking" streak lately, but I will cook tonight. I?ll probably make a pasta dish with spicy sausage and asparagus, with salad on the side.
Chicken Shawarma with a chopped veggie salad. So. Dang. Good.

I just had honey nut cheerios for the first time a few months ago...it was delicious! I went on a binge after that! I can't believe I was deprived of this until now.
