It's the weekend!!
Yay! Yay! Yay! I barely made it through this week.
Tonight: was supposed to go catch a movie with a pal, but not so sure if we are still on...if not, will just head home and try to do some cleaning and arranging at the new house
Saturday: it's my birthday! I am gonna do what I love doing best - sleep in! Then head to the mall to get some stuff for the house. DH just called to say that he will be working a late shift so there goes our plans for dinner at a restaurant in the new neighborhood. I'll have to come up with alternative plans. 
Sunday: DH is working as well, so I am gonna head to church. Clean a little. Maybe prime some walls in the house, and organize a little...and finally attempt to cook on that old stove we met when we bought the house.

today: my stroller is supposed to be delivered! I am a little too excited. tonight DH will probably try and watch the second half of lawrence of arabia.
The rest of the weekend: unpacking, putting together furniture, maybe yoga and checking out the gym in our neighborhood. I hope by Monday the apartment will be approaching completion, except for all the crap we still need to buy.
Tonight we're heading back up to NH with a friend and his gf for a friend's wedding in Maine tomorrow. Hopefully we don't get in too late!! We're all staying the night at the ILs to save $$ on hotel expenses.
Tomorrow; continue the drive to ME, it'll be just over 2hrs. I hope we can check in early and get ready at the hotel rather than all 4 of us showering at the ILs and then sitting in the car for 2hrs in our wedding outfits...
The wedding is at 4pm.
Sunday; if i don't sleep in after the wedding, i might attempt the hotel pool. But i haven't worn a swimsuit in...years...so i don't know... Then we drive back to Brooklyn!!

definitely a low key weekend for us.?
we need to finalize our itinerary for brazil (less than three weeks!), start a packing list, and assemble the table/stool set we bought. laundry, sleeping in, and seeing harry potter are also on tap.?

I have really had a hellish week (4 days to be exact), since I took today off! So, I just really want to soak up some good R&R. (By the way, Happy B-day Lawby, hope you and DH get to celebrate soon)!
Although, I'm off today, I'll be uneventfully kick-starting my three-day weekend with laundry to get it out of the way. Do a little light shopping, and tonight I volunteer with a group of girls at my church, so I'll be bringing them some treats, because they never cease to bring a smile on my face
With DH still working nights, we were able to spend some nice rare lounge time around the house on a weekday before he left for work 
Saturday: I'll be busy with a church dance production all day, and I'm looking forward to that.
Sunday: I want to must some courage to try a recipe for oven-fried tilapia.So, we'll see if it meets DH chef approval :0 But, he'll eat it!

tonight: I'm having friends over for 'dinner' - which will be partial takeout since its too hot to cook and partial salad and bruschetta at home. I'm excited and bummed. Excited because two of my friends have never been to our place - so i'm happy to show it off. Bummed because DH thinks he's going to have to work super late and probably miss the whole thing!! how lame!
Saturday: laying low!! definitely lots of relaxing and hanging out at home. maybe going for a swim at the pool?
Sunday: Brunch with a friend I haven't seen in forever..then who knows!
I have off monday too! but I think I'm going to leave that day for calling drs., insurance, and figuring out a pregnancy game plan! haha and maybe getting together with another friend I haven't seen in awhile for lunch.
