Ok, a little over an hour to go. Mut. Be. Entertained.
So, the cast party tomorrow is a potluck and I wanna bring something that's relitively easy to make, but will make people envious of my magical cooking skills. Any ideas/recipes?

Recipe idea:
Mexican Chicken Lasagna
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves chopped
2 cups (8oz) shredded monterey jack cheese
1 can (28oz) enchilada sauce
12 (6in) corn tortillas
3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
2/3 cup chopped onion
Microwave cream cheese 30-45 seconds. Add cilantro and 1 1/2 cups jack cheese. Mix well. Spread 2/3 cup of the enchilada sauce at the bottom of a casserole dish.
Assemble lasagna- dip 4 tortillas into enchilada sauce in bowl and arrange over sauce in dish. Scoop half the cream cheese mixture over the tortillas and spread evenly. Top with 1 cup chicken and 1/3 onion. Repeat layers 1 more time. Dip the remaining 4 tortillas into sauce and arrange over second layer. Top with remaining chicken and onion. Pour remaining sauce over the lasagna and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup jack cheese.
Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes, or microwave for 12-15 minutes until the center is hot.
