Baby Boy Names??

DH and I were talking over dinner last night; we love our ?girl? names. We have a list of 4 but we like 2 and 1 is 100%. But for the boy names DH likes one and I like another?we can?t agree.

The funny thing is that someone once told me that the name you?re 100% sure on usually means that?s the sex you?re having! lol

So I was hoping for some help/ideas from you ladies + it?ll keep something to do on the board! ZZZZZzzzzzzz

Here are our girl names:

-          Mia Rose ? 1st

-          Olivia Grace ? 2nd

-          Kara Elizabeth

-          Arianna Marie

Based on the names for girls any suggestions for boys?

The two that we each like but do not agree on (+) others are:

-          Dominic  (DH)

-          Nicholas  (Me)

-          Gabriel  (Me)

-          Lucas  (Me)

We?d like to go a bit more European but at this point I?m open to hear anything!!!!

TIA!

lol...don't count on it! My BIL and SIL were 100% set on a boy name for their first child...and it was a girl! They were totally unprepared to name her :)

BTW - I like the name Nicholas for a boy. As long as you are prepared for people to call him Nick. Cute I think.

  • We were 100% on girl names and are having a boy.
  • We had an easy time picking out girls' names and had one nailed down early in the pregnancy. We had a hard time picking out boys' names and we had a boy.

  • Mia Rose is a really pretty name! I love it!

  • I heard the name you struggle with is the gender you get!?

I like Lucas... I this Dominic is old man-ish to me!

    I like chase, sebastian, luis

  • So many of these old wives tales make no sense at all.

Do you like the short forms for all the boys names you have listed there?

  • YOur girls names are beautiful.

I too had my name 100% picked out Ezra Elizabeth.  Then we had a Boy.

    haha

That said I love the name Brighton for a boy!  I "might" be biased.

  • I like Mia Rose the best.  I think Olivia Grace is way too common right now.

For boys names, I like Dominc and Lucas the best.  Thoses were two of our boys name choices:-)

  • I guess this is the bad thing about being a teacher - bad name connotations! I used to like the name Lucas until I had a horrible boy in my class with the name... I like the name Dominic out of all the choices.
  • nah, I wouldn't believe that OWT. We had our boy name set in stone and were struggling between 2 for girl names. Then when she was born, we looked at each other and knew right away.

I love Mia Rose. Beautiful - and goes great with your last name.

Olivia Grace - a pretty name but everyone is using both of those names a lot lately.

I love the name Dominic. It was in our top 5. I love all the boy names you have there too. If you like European, how about:

    - Angelo

    - Luca

    - Leo

    - Matteo

    - Alessio

    - Rocco

    - Julian

    - Gianni
