Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So freaking pissed
MH had a doctors appointment this morning and he apparrently completely forgot about it, we now have to pay a $100 missed appointment fee. I am so freaking mad. Just needed to vent.

I'd give it a try. That's nuts... if you don't do the reminder phone call (seriously, how much can that stupid automated system run a huge hospital?), how do you expect people to remember? Paper cards??? C'mon... 21st century!
