As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. during the week, i'm really good about drinking water. i drink at least a two or three 16-20oz bottles a day (i just refill whatever one i happen to have).?
i'm not as on top of it over the weekends but i do try to bring water with me whenever we're out and about. ?

Finally! A Married Bio!!
I'm a serious water drinker!! haha.
During the week I have about 4-5 tall (i think 16oz) glasses a day. At home we really only keep water in the fridge with the occasional juice, so that helps me keep drinking a ton at home.
