update on dog and my stupid life (pity party cont)
He slipped into a coma last night and my parents have taken him to the vet to put him to sleep.
After my post yesterday about how I needed a break I went into the living room to get something and didn't realize that I had spilled a box of straight pins. Yep I stepped on them. Drove two of them almost all the way up to the head right into the arch of my foot. I got them out and proceded to break down on the phone to DH. I feel almost better now.
I am relieved about the dog though sad. My foot hurts but I'll live. And although I just broke the stupid frame I bought for the display for the trade show, I have some extra panes of glass I can use to fix it. Next week will be better.

I'm sorry to hear about the dog and your foot.
My grandmother used to get up and walk around her chair in a counterclockwise direction at Bingo when her luck wasn't going the way she wanted it to. It seemed to work for her and she was the luckiest person i knew. Maybe try that out - you never know.
