Pinup Photographer near York??
Hi!! I want to have my photos taken in vintage pinup outfits & would love any photographer's names. I can't afford a whole lot, but I'd like them to look authentic (classy, vintage reproductions).
Does anyone know someone near York/Lancaster/Harrisburg or even northern MD who would be interested?

Do you already have the outfits or you need a photographer that supplies the costumes?
If you have them already, I'd suggest Scott Church
www.scottchurch.net I beleive he charges $200 and you get the disc with the pictures.
FYI: Don't check out his website at work. he does a ton of nudes and that's what most of the pictures are of. Check out his block as well. I know there is one shot in there that should fit what youare looking for. You'll just have to go back a bit.
DH is a photographer and just finished a 2 part session last week for a girl who wants to be a Suicide Girl and she kinda has a "pinup" style in some of her photos. The website is: www.lostdogphotos.com

His session fee is $50 and you can buy prints a la carte through the online proofing.
I just got on the website and he put some of her pics in his portfolio. When you go to the site, click on Portfolio. Then Tim's People. At the bottom of the 1st page is 4 pictures of the girl from the sessions I was talking about. On page 2, there are 2 other pics of her.
Thanks guys!! I'll check both of these out. In fact, I'm familiar with Lost Dog, they just did my SIL & BIL's wedding!!! Very cool cats & easy to work with. The girl in the pics is gorgeous. I can see her being a SG!!

I told Tim (DH) that you might be interested in the vintage pin up photos and he did some research on that style of photos last night, just to get some ideas of what you might like.
I'll let him know which Bridesmaid you were. Is your DH the one with the goatee? I'm guessing he's Brady's brother?
Yup. Frank. The one with dreads. We actually just got married June 20th, so we're all four starting life together. Kinda feels like a sitcom. LOL
Cool, tell me what DH thinks. I actually do not want nude. I am thinking one in shorts, heels & a halter top (that I'm still looking for) and one in undies & a bra. Would you be cool with that? .....LOL......I'm not sure I"D even been cool with it yet. Gotta get up the nerve. My baby sister poses for art classes "in flagrante delecto" so....I'll have to get some advice from her!
