Hi! I've been away for too long, haven't I? We've been running around like crazy lately - we're leaving for Mexico on Friday, so the whole packing/getting Sasha ready is insane!
I made the cake, and yes it was waffle. It was seriously the easiest thing to make, ever! It was layers of waffle and cream in between (butter and condensed milk - your typical Russian dessert, lol) - not the healthiest thing, but so delicious. And some chocolate on top. Yum!
