We went to KOP to shop specifically at my favorite store, Louis Vuitton. DH wanted to treat me to something special. We get there and there are sales associates all over so this one lady asks if I want to see anything so I inquired about a couple small pieces which she starts pulling out.
At one point she has to go get something that I asked about from another case so we're waiting and just gazing around because DH wanted me to look at some purses too. I rounded the corner and found the SA that was supposed to be waiting on us pulling out all these purses for this older couple. So I waited nearby a few minutes and periodically mentioned a few bags that I wanted to see. Instead of telling the other couple that she was already helping us she basically ignored us and kept fretting all over them. They finally left (without purchasing...HA HA) and I said I wanted to see a particular bag around the corner. We walked over and I pointed to it and she rattled off the price and REFUSED to take it down for me to see it. At that point I turned found DH and said "let's go" and as we walked out I told him what happened and he couldn't believe it.
I wish I would of saw the SA that helped us 2 months ago when DH got my birthday gift there because she was fabulous and super attentive. I will definitely remember the middle-aged woman with the bad Barbara Bush hair cut and awful red lipstick ![]()
Re: Worst customer service today...long
That sucks! I wonder if they work on commission? I guess it is just the luck of getting the nice person.
Did you look at the key pendants? I hope to get there soon. I have two graduation gifts (belated at this point) to get.
Uggh what a witch! I would have spoken with a manager--you still can actually and probably should. She was rude and I would not have dealt well with that-sorry you experienced that. Maybe she thought you were just browsing and now really going to buy anything and that's why she wasn't so helpful--not saying that was acceptable of course, because it's not.

I did look a couple in the case and they are very pretty. They had a nice selection in the store considering how large the collection is on the website.
I thought of that too but I had specifically said to her when I was looking that DH wanted to get me something and I couldn't decide what I wanted. She should of been able to see that I'm pretty brand loyal considering I was carrying my Damier Neverfull tote and when I opened my bag she saw I had a bunch of their accessories.
DH was so mad. I even had better customer service (even with a small language barrier) at the LV in Paris.
I second calling to let the manager know. I worked in retail management for several years and there is no excuse for treating a customer badly. I always tried to go above and beyond for customer service and always encouraged my staff to do the same, now since I've done that for so many years I expect it from places that I shop in.
It sounds like the rest of your night was fun though.
