I know I'll get some foot tapping, so I'm doing this before bed.

Wednesday: Dodger game. Saw Manny pinch-hit a grand slam.
Thursday: Vision Quest Ranch. Hugged a lynx. Bathed and fed elephants. Posed with a bear. Got really close to various other wild animals. Had a lion walk right up to our fancy tent. Tent had a flatscreen TV and cable. Dinner at Lumpia Hut -- surprisingly good Filipino food in Salinas.
Friday: Breakfast delivered to our tent patio by an elephant. Gilroy Garlic Festival. Ate a lot of garlic. Walked along Carmel Beach. Dinner at L'Escargot.
Saturday: Breakfast at Village Corner. Monterey Bay Aquarium. Old Fisherman's Wharf. Dinner at Carmel Chop House.
Sunday: Brunch at Casanova. Flight delayed. Drove around to pass time. Went back to Old Fisherman's Wharf and did our own clam chowder taste-off -- sampled nine different chowders. Flew home. Dinner with friends at Susan Feniger's Street.
This week includes two No Doubt concerts and a Thursday happy hour with local MM Nesties. Nothing else is planned. Thrilled.

fri: chilled with the neighbors, someone (cough me cough) had too many beers.
sat: stuff around the house, baby shower, dinner with friends
sun: relaxed
this week: I have an interview this morning! bonus that it's about a mile from our house. nothing else exciting going on as of yet.
Don't be too jealous. I gained four pounds this weekend.

Weekend: Nothing much except a lot of reading and watching bad movies on cable.
This week: Farewell festivities for my supervisor
and happy hour on Thursday with mostly MM nesties.
This weekend was go go go for me!
Friday---final exam followed by packing and late night studying
Saturday--morning class, flew to SF, expo, and a late night dinner
Sunday--SF half, afternoon with lots of V norcal family and flew home
This week should be pretty quiet V is traveling most of the week and I'm preparing for a trip away next week....
This weekend consisted of trying not to maim or otherwise hurt MH, and lots of meltdowns.Stressed to the max over this MF'ing bathroom..etc.. Also, ordered the nursery furniture.
This week will consist of a doc's appt today, our "American Wedding" anniversary on Wed as well as my father in law coming into town, and an ultrasound on Thursday. I am hoping for great news at the ultrasound
Friday: drank in Santa Ana, sang along to Mariah Carey Xmas songs playing in bar.
Saturday: hair did, 40th anniversary party for some relatives
Sunday: brunch and bloody mary bar in Newport, beers in Carlsbad, USD wine-tasting fundraiser, MET ANDREW FIRESTONE WHO IS SO HOT OMG, drinks at Royal Hawaiian in Laguna.
This week I have a couple happy hours planned and a shitton of work to do.
Friday: Out to BH to drop off stuff for alterations, Sewing class, dinner out with H
Saturday: Breakfast and sewing workshop with a friend, spent the afternoon cutting out and sewing a skirt, errands with H, lazy dinner at home
Sunday: More sewing, Costco run, pool time, straightened up the house, grilled steaks for dinner
This week: Prepping for my b-day party on Saturday. I haven't had a birthday party in years, so I'm pretty excited.
I pretty much just hung out with my bff all weekend.
This week I have nothing going on.

The highlight of my weekend was a free yum sushi dinner on Saturday as a thank you for dog sitting.
Other than that, worked out, cleaned the house/laundry/grocery, studied, and watched He's Just Not That Into You.
This week - not much. DH is supposed to come home soon.

Sat: clean and organize the house, dinner at friend's house
Sun: farmers market with the family, and walk down to the beach for quick lunch and chilled out at home watching a movie with the hubbs. Much needed rest with the hubs
this week got lots of lunch playdate for DS's at my house... so gotta get cookin!
dinner with friends who we haven't seen in awhile...and possibly interview a babysitter! how exciting i know

Thurs - flew to Vegas, dinner at Mirage, saw LOVE, gambling & such with friends
Fri - pool @ Mandalay with family & friends, dinner with family
Sat - pool @ Wynn, steakhouse dinner
Sun - more Wynn pooltime, flew home.
Fun weekend, went quickly!
Saturday: Up at the ass crack of dawn to take friends to LAX, worked around the house while R went to work. Started & finished the second Sookie Stackhouse novel (reading them totally out of order).
Sunday: Woke up to breakfast in bed, lots of shopping for the baby while trying to knock a few things off of our lists, dinner (at Benihanas, you know you're pregnant when given the choice of anything and you decide to satify a craving), & True Blood curled up on the couch with R and the dogs.

Saturday was a ton of fun. We headed out to the wedge to check out the big waves. It took over 2 hours to get there, but was well worth it. Huge waves, incredible surfers. Good times!
Sunday was domesticated bliss day. Home Depot, BB&B, errands, all topped off with a lovely filet minon dinner and a new episode of True Blood.
Friday: Flew up to San Jose, shopped around in Santana Row. Saw the biggest monopoly game ever in a park. Had the best steak dinner eva...Forbes Mill Steakhouse. OMG...it was heavenly.
Sat: Gilroy Garlic Festival galore, ate everything garlic including the ice cream. Ran into Fabio, and got my picture with him. I'll admit I got starstruck with him. Met up with friends & a Nor. Cal knottie for dinner, and ate Morccan food for the first time. Delicious and spicy...drooling over briwatts still.
Sun: Drove up to Napa to visit a couple wineries, first stop Jessup Cellars. It's a free tasting, and they pour heavy here...and they are just happy wine sommeliers. Stopped by Bouchon Bakery to pick up some treats, YUM! Lurked around Bottega to see if Michael Chiarello was out and about. Then went on to more wineries, drank lots and lots of more wine. Then we quickly departed to the San Jose airport....almost missing our flight, but luckily it got delayed. We prayed to the Gods for help on that one since we hit so much traffic on the highway!! A fun-food filled garlicky & wine-o weekend!
Spent all weekend packing and cleaning. We met up with my family in LA for dinner and saw Fiddler on the Roof at the Pantages which was great. Night ended crappy as H got a ticket on the way back for supposedly crossing the double yellow carpool lane even though he didn't. Freakin CHP ruined the night!
We leave tonight for BIL's nicaragua wedding!
