I saw it at the farmer's market on Friday. It looks like a butternut squash in shape, but it is a cool pale green colour. I asked the vendor and he said that it's called marrow squash and it is of the squash family, looking more like a butternut but tastes just like zucchini.
He said the Z word and I grabbed it up in a flash. I love me some zucchini - I can't wait to try it!
