Anyone finance land recently? Recs??
Not getting our hopes up quite yet, but we just got a call that the two potential buyers ahead of us in line for a plot of land we're interested in have likely fallen through.
Realtor gave us one rec for a bank that will finance 80 percent on land, and I'm wondering if any of you ladies are familiar with any others.
Timing obviously isn't ideal here, what with an infant scheduled to show up within the next three days, but at least a good faith deposit will give us 30 days to think it over and figure it all out.

We just refinanced last month. If you would like to contact someone, we dealt with Mike Kutz with Kameron Funding with our original purchase and refinancing. He deals mostly with Soverign Bank. He is wonderful to work with and can answer your questions! If you use him, tell him Kia referred you. Good luck with the land and soon-to-be baby!
