Good morning. I went and got a coffee and muffin from the cafe in our building. Go up to the 9th floor, sit down at my desk and realize that I forgot the muffin. Luckily it was still at the register when I got down there.
Are you guys staying in or going out for his bday?
I'm doing very well, thanks for asking Jen.
My muscles are a bit achy today, but I don't mind that too much as long as I can still do my run tonight (should be able to - my hamstrings are the only ones I think might make it tough.) 
Good morning girls! My morning started out crappy when I stepped on some glass but is getting better.
Jen today is MH birthday too!
We are going out to dinner, then heading home and probably going in the hot tub, hee hee.
I am achy too, I've been swimming laps in the pool and you know how that is...it's a great workout but you dont feel the effects until afterwards about a day later. Do you run outdoors or on a treadmill?

I'm a treadmill girl right now, Jen. It's almost entirely mental - I like to have the numbers in front of me, the fan blowing on me, and a towel to wipe my face. I also am paranoid about nosy neighbors watching me (since I'm not entirely comfortable running outdoors yet!)
I know eventually I'll have to take it outdoors because races (even non-competition ones) aren't run indoors. LOL Just haven't gotten there yet.
