This is graphic, I am shocked that someone would do this to their child. She must have some serious mental issues, serious. Tragic.

I read that yesterday. Awful, disgusting, horrific.
I wonder if it was some sort of Post Partum Psychosis or if she had existing mental health issues. How terrible that she was not involved in some sort of treatment and it had to come to something like that.
What an absolute nightmare.
While I'm sure that nobody could predict that, I am sure that her family knew that something was not right. There are some reports saying that she was a paranoid schizophrenic. If she was not taking the proper meds and under supervision, she would have the definite possibility of being dangerous to herself and others.
I just don't know how they could have ever left her alone with her children.
Terrifying. Awful. Unimaginable.
That lady must be seriously disturbed. It sounds like she has mental issues. I hope they can get her the help she needs.
