Hope everyone is doing well. Where is everybody?? I know it's beautiful weather outside, but that doesn't mean that we can't still congregate a bit on the nest
Not much new with us... we cleaned up our yard, mowed lawn and managed to devour an entire bottle of wine last night. On a Tuesday.

Yesterday I had the day off from work, and I ended up going out to lunch with a couple of my friends from college who moved up here in April. The one girl still hasnt found a job and decided she is moving back, and since its the one I am close to (she was a BM in my wedding), I am pretty bummed about it. Also, one of the other ones has MS and had a flare up on Sunday, so we all went to the hospital for her treatment and to keep her company, so that took a couple hours. Kevin is working the afternoon shift this week (2-10:30pm) so I didnt have to worry about dinner yet, but yesterday I saw someone make chili on food network and so even though its about 90 degrees, it sounded good (you know, when I was in the air conditioning at the grocery store...) so I made a big old pot. I've made chili a couple of times before, but I haven't made it the same way twice yet, still trying to figure out my perfect recipe.?
Today I am meeting my best friend for dinner and I am SO excited!?
Today is my Friday!! I took 2 days off to spend with my daughter. I wanted to have a mommy-daughter day! I dont know what we are going to do, but I know tomorrow we are going to take my parents lunch...they work at the same place (its a school) and Kelsey loves visiting plus the staff love her and have known her since she was in my belly.
Then I will be taking advantage of the tax free holiday this weekend....see if I can get some good deals. I have a 30% off for gap and old navy so maybe if its on clearance and then 30% and no tax I wont feel so bad for spending money:)

I work 9-530 every day, with no computer at work.
Usually we are out of the house before 7am, and I either swim for a little bit before work, or sit in a dunkin donuts and have breakfast while reading a book.
We have plans every Wed and Thurs evening, and the rest of the evenings I mostly spend cooking/cleaning and vegging on the couch in front of the TV (or on line). pretty boring life lately.
I am SSOOOOOOOOO GLad it rained today!!! It was so humid here and it got up to 95 yesterday!!! (not sure how hot it was today, but it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO humid..... ugh!
hope tomorrow is cooler.
I miss you all. Wish I could be on here as often as I used to be!
