Yep Nova is absolutely correct. It's the undersea restaurant at the Conrad Hotel in the Maldives. We're actually staying at the W hotel for a wedding, but heading to the Ithaa restaurant for lunch, just for the experience.
Apparently because it is an undersea restaurant and the 216 degree glass ceiling, they rely on natural sunlight to light the restaurant. Therefore, they only serve lunch, and not dinner here.
It might be out of the way for a 6 day vacation depending on where you are located. For us in NYC, we have to do a layover in Dubai to get to the Maldives. Other common layover locations include Singapore and India.
