Hey girls!!! My husband and I are looking to buy our first house... finally!
Any tips?
Re: Homeowners??
We're just about to close on our first home. The first thing we did is get pre-approved. We thought we could afford a lot more than what we actually can, so that should be the first thing to get done. Once you do find a home, start your bidding low. If the people really want to sell, you guys will counter-offer until it's something you can afford. If they go above your price range, then the house might not be worth it. Also, take your time buying a home, I'm glad we waited until we found something we really wanted!
Good luck!!!
We have been house hunting since Feb

Get pre approved and then figure out how much of a mortgage you are comfortable with. Do stay low with your offers and always try to ask to see what the sellers situation is.
Plus I think the number one thing is DON"T Settle, make sure it's perfect.
