Pork chop recipes

So - I'm trying to use up what we have in the freezer, and I see that we have 4 packages of pork chops (some bone in, some no bone).

Anyone have any good recipe recommendations?

Re: Pork chop recipes

  • I like to grill them on the BBQ and baste them with sweet chili sauce. Most often though, I don't cook them as chops. I like to put them whole in a pan with water and whatever sauce/spice I'm feeling like and make them into pulled pork. I also like to cook them in strips and make pork pitas, fajitas or in rice paper wrappers:)
  • There is a disgustingly easy recipe on the side of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup Cans that DH likes to make. It is Honey Dijon Chicken, but he uses pork chops instead.

I like to brine mine for 5 to 6 hours in a combo of water, salt and brown sugar. Then I pat them dry and grill them. I serve them with mashed potatoes made with a few apples in them.
