Im 36 weeks pregnant and so tired of carrying around this weight. Is it normal to be depressed before the baby arrives. I mean I have been in Florida for a year and I have family here, but no friends. I wonder if that could be it, I don't know. Someone give me some incite.....please!
Re: Fairly new
Hi and welcome! It's VERY normal to be depressed before the baby arrives!!! Your hormones are crazy right now. You'll be crying one minute, happy the next, and ready to rip someone's head off the next. It is all perfectly normal. It's also a little scary to be a first time mom. That too is normal. Things will be better when the baby arrives. Trust me. Joining this board is agreat way to meet people. Are you doing some walking? Try walking around the mall - not only will it keep you cool but also it will get you out of the house. Try to find different ways to entertain yourself. Goos luck with the pregnancy and I hoep you feel better soon! You are blessed to be have a baby soon!!
