Re: Wine Help
What are you pairing it with? Typically you would pair a white wine with poulty and fish and red wine for red meats.
Go to a Wine Styles shop (or any of those small wine shops that may be near you) and they will be really helpful with giving suggestions based on what you prefer (dry, fruity, etc.) and what's within your price range. Costco also has a nice selection of wine.
If you really don't know what type of wine you like you could have your own little wine tasting where you buy inexpensive versions of whites and reds. Then once you find a type you like you can venture out and try different brands of that type of wine.
I have 2 favorites. My favorite white is Columbia Winery Reisling and my favorite red is 14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon. Both can be found at Binny's. The Reisling is light and sweet and the Cabernet is fruity and doesn't have the typical red after taste.
