do you find yourself eating more or less? I would kill to be the latter. The button on my jeans is not happy right now.
Also, to torture myself.. what is your favorite stress indulgence if you're a binger. Me - multiple evening/night fast food runs. A 6 piece chicken nugget here, animal style fries there, etc.

I can go either way. Yesterday I realized at 4 that I hadnt had anything all day but a diet pepsi. Today I've had Kraft mac and cheese and am making oreo truffles just for the hell of it.
My indulgence is definitely Mac and Cheese. How sad. I also have a weakness for McDonalds Chicken nuggets and bean burritos from TB.
i think that i already eat quite often, and stress doesn't seem to add or remove any of that. ?i've never been one to take comfort in food unless you count chocolate around PMS time.
when i'm super stressed, i go for a pedicure. ?or a massage! ?did you ever get yours last week, LYB??

If I'm stressed I eat less, but just bad food. It sucks.
Why haven't you gotten your massage yet?!
I'm not joking when I say I've had NO time. Technically I could do it late at night if your guy is available, but I hate to leave Lu home all day AND night without me. I feel too guilty.
It depends and I can see myself doing both.
My favorite indulgence is eating soft tacos from taco bell around midnight and watching sex and the city. Helps the stress, till the show is over.
Same with me.
Unfortunately, I indulge in alcohol and fatty, fried foods when I'm stressed. I wish I was the latter!
Now that I am on my wedding planner hiatus, I have NOT been stressed at all. Back when I was up to 3-4 weddings per month, I stress ate myself to death. Gained probably 25-30 lbs. Yes, THAT bad. Looking back, I should have just cut back on the weddings to reduce my stress. I know it's hard for you right now because you just started your business but remember to ALWAYS schedule time for YOU. I never did that, and I regret it big time.
And to answer your question I was addicted to cheese and crackers, (the lunchables kind) and McDonalds cheeseburgers. Well the#2 to be exact. So naughty!
Just HANG in there girl and remember to carve out some ME time!
