As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My STD pays 70% of my salary for maternity leave. But being that I elected STD on my benefits, my company will pay the other 30% so I will get full pay. I believe they send the checks weekly.

Thanks. I heard for some reason that it was only $200 a week which seemed very low. I don't have STD aside from what the state pays and while we don't "need" the money every bit helps.
