I'm pretty sore today- yesterday's fender bender has my back feeling pretty crappy. I plan to clean and cook all day- good stuff!

I meet my Perinatologist for the first time today at 11 am. I hope the appointment goes well. Then I have to work and then come home and move stuff to the new house. Busy day.After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
I saw your post late last night. I'm so sorry. I hope you're feeling better soon!
Last night was a little crazy. I was really stressed and, I confess, started some drama. It's all good now though. Just chilling today and may have lunch with A and then picking his parents up from the airport tonight.
I might start doing some packing, if all goes well we'll be moving in 2 weeks!
Married - I'm sorry. I hope your back heals quickly.

Last night I stayed up way too late working after E went to bed. TGI(my)F!!!
Last night was really low key...Dh had to work late so I made baked ziti and watched tv til he got home.
No plans for tonight, but today I am going to clean out my storage unit and put my stuff in my classroom now that I know which one is mine!

Yesterday MH got off early, he was home by mid morning. NO work. Good thing for me cuz i had company all day, bad bec he doesn't get paid when he isn't at work! Today I have a doc appt. A little nervous 1) just to find out how everything is going and 2) I am seeing my reg doc partner as my doc is on vaca. So we will see :-) I'm sure they will freak me out like they always do! :-)

Yesterday I got rear-ended at the Winchester Rd. Offramp in Temecula. I have had 6 accidents (none were my fault)... so I have a pretty bad back from the cumulative accidents... definitely not what I needed right now- luckily my chiropractor office is 5 miles away from where I had the accident so I got an adjustment and a massage within 15 minutes of getting hit
Still- very sore though, it sucks

Last night H had to get fitted for his friend's wedding so since he was gone for awhile I took D to the park and then gave him a bath. We got sushi takeout for dinner and watched Valkyrie which was pretty good. After that I cleaned up the living room and guest room a bit since my sister is coming down to stay with us for the wkend.
Today I'm taking a long lunch break to meet my friend in HB so she can pick up her wedding dress! Then tonight, pick my sister up from the metrolink stop after work, grocery shopping, and leftovers for dinner.
House buying and life in general. Drama was with A, poor guy.
Aww..poor A.
And poor you. Stress stress go away come again....Never!
Married- I hope your back heals fast...i've been rear ended enough times that i always fear people don't pay attention behind me and not stop...it's the worst

Hi, everyone! Sorry haven't been on as much. DH banned me from our computer room for a few days, b/c he was painting the room. I couldn't sleep last night. I think I am having a mild case of anxiety. The other day my former principal emailed everyone telling us that a) they already hired other teachers at my school b) she is transferring to another school. Up to this point, I had faith that I would get called back to work. Last year, they called me back 3 days before the 1st day of school. It was a nightmare, but at least I got my job back. Now, with my former principal leaving, and with them hiring other teachers already, my chances of getting hired back went from slim to almost nonexistent. I really am conflicted about this whole thing. As much I would love to stay home with the baby, I do need to work. I know I should just count my blessings, and be thankful that DH has a job, and I can stay home, but we really need 2 income. I know will make ends meet, but DH is also a teacher, and his job is not that secured right now either. Anyway, sorry for the long post.
Trying to keep busy today. Maybe I will go to Target and Babies R Us. Have a good day everyone.

I totally understand your situation and conflict. I really hope you get your job back. But if you don't...big hugs. And try not to worry. It is pretty much out of your control at this point.
You're right, Kristy. I am such a control freak that even know when I know things are beyond my control, I somehow get myself all worked up over it. Maybe I'll go get a mani/pedi to help myself relax today.

I went to the DMV this morning to renew my license. I was worried when I got there and saw a HUGE line but those were all people without appointments. I was in an out in 15 minutes! Phew.
I am a little worried about work because on the new schedule (so, two weeks from now) I am not on it. I don't know what that means so hopefully I will see my boss or HR today and find out. I did file FMLA paper work so I should be covered but I don't know if it's proactive and covers all the sick days I have already taken.
Gah.
J - I'm sorry you're so stressed. I'll be praying that everything works out and you're able to go back to work. I know what you mean about being conflicted - I am dreading going back to work and I feel so guilty. I know almost all moms do it, but I just remember how much I loved being home with my mom. But we just can't afford it right now.
Good afternoon.
I've been MIA this week. I was hoping work would slow down this week, but that hasn't been the case. Life in general is also just really stressfull right now. H got really sick Sunday night and hasn't been right all week, his company is looking shaky again, which is the worst timing ever, we still haven't had a chance to actually go out and look at houses for multiple reasons. Life's just crazy right now. I really just want a vacation so bad, but I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon.
