No one may have anything, but I though I'd try. I Googled this and found nothing.
So H has a sensitive stomach. Which also worsens when he's stressed and has allergies. Both of which he has right now, plus he got really sick Sunday night and still is feeling the effects to I'm thinking he has a touch of the flu. He's getting tired of soups and crackers and the few meals I've made this week, even though I thought they'd be light did not go over well. Does anyone have a suggestion for a dinner that is good for sour stomachs? I'm also trying to stay away from cheese. H loves it and can usually handle it ok, but I think it might be too much right now.
Re: Strange Request?
I am thining anything bland would do. No?
While living in Europe, I got an awful stomach flu (and have a history of colitis and IBS symptoms). Rather than pumping me full of antibiotics, my homeopathic doctor put me on the BRAT diet (wiki link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRAT_diet). It worked. In about a day. Something to think about until his tummy simmers down.
Good luck! It's so hard to have an upset stomach...
Not too much help, (did the BRAT diet, it sucks) but I hope he feels better soon!
Kristy~ Yeah, I made Chicken and rice the other night, and I thought it was bland, but not nearly enough I guess.
lolo~ That's definitly interesting. I'll give some of that a try. Thanks.

Brandy~ Cool article, thanks!
Noosh~ I think the rice is a good idea. I may just try it with a little butter instead of the Cream of Mushroom soup though.
