Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

FINALLY! We have power!
Yesterday Edison did a scheduled power outage to do some repairs in our neighborhood. No big deal right? The postcard they sent said it would be in the morning. OK, that's livable.
So at 8 am it went out, and I left the house a little while later to run some errands. I came back at 2 pm and still no power. I called and they said it would be back on at 5 pm. Well 5 pm turned into 9pm!!!! We were without electricity yesterday from 8 am-9pm!!!
Geez, so much for my day off being productive! I couldn't do laundry, vacuum, clean the fridge out, cook for my party today, no internet, nothing! Ugh! Poor DH has to get the house ready while I go to work
