I miss being on here all day!
Hope everyone had a nice and restful weekend! We were homebodies except for a little BRU and Kohl's shopping trip R and I took on Saturday.
No plans tonight as it is boys night out for dh. I'm just gonna have an evening of bonding with R...my 3 month old girl!

Re: Good morning! Monday
Happy Monday!
I love the new pic of R!!
We had a good weekend. Friday night we just hung out and caught up on some Tivo. Saturday my mom took the dogs for a walk and they both came back with bloody front paws, so C had to take them to the vet (they each broke a nail) while mom, Sarah and I went grocery shopping. That night, Sarah, C and I went to a friends' daughter's 1st birthday party. Sarah had a GREAT time! I can't wait to see the pics! Yesterday was a lot of hanging out and doing nothing, which was nice...I've got a super busy week ahead!
On a bad note, we lost our Flip and I had some great videos on there of Sarah "jumping" (she's just learning how and is hysterical when she does it!). Hopefully we'll find it soon!
Hope everyone has a great day!
Morning!
I-Such a cute pic of R.
L-Hope you find your flip soon. I would be so sad if we lost ours.
Our weekend was pretty good. Sat I had OT, than a visit to the IL's.
Sun-I hit Target,Michaels and Joanns. A very expensive morning. But both kids hit a growth spurt so I had to get some new clothes for them and Isabel needed new shoes. On the bright side thanks to a super clearance sale at Michaels (All their $5 aisle and kids summer craft stuff were 40% off) I got a bunch of great stuff for Isabel's stocking and some stuff for J's bday party.
Than back home we're we just hung out and cleaned up. And the day went by way too fast.
Irma-I love that new pic of R. She is so stinkin cute!!
Didn't do much this weekend. Saturday I just hung out with my brother and SIL all day. We went to JCP but I didn't find much of anything. Yesterday I went to super Walmart. Didn't have a problem finding stuff there.
Morning!
The new pic of R is adorable!
Got started on packing this weekend, not too bad so far. It's much easier when you have time. Last time we moved we did it so fast alot didn't even get in boxes.
Yesterday we saw my aunt & uncle who were visiting, went to Sam's Club, packed more, and went to BBQ wuth friends.
Morning
Irma: Could she be any cuter? love, love, love
Kat: Stop looking for it. I bet you find it then.
Well, this weekend was exhausting. We found a house that we LOVE. After completing the paperwork & submitting an offer, we find out there are other offers. *sigh* So, we'll see.
Then on sunday P was suppose to go in for "just a meeting" at BB, and he ended up staying the whole day. He finally came home close to 6. blah.
But on a positive side note (well I guess P getting hrs is positive) I went to platos & w/the items they kept, made $140.
R is adorable! :-) Getting so BIG! :-)
AS for my weekend, friday didn't really do a whole lot, sat had my shower wihich was very nice and we got a tons of great stuff, then yesterday just chilled all day while MH worked in the garage. Nothing (as usual) planning for this week..so we will see where it goes! :-)
Morning all
Just sitting here waiting for the home warranty guy... my breaker box is on the fritz (smell of burning plastic in the breaker box while running the A/C or dryer = bad right?)
I have to conduct training in Pomona all week- fun commute, can't wait. Other than that just getting ready for our puppies to come home!
Have a great day all!
Puppies? Your getting puppies? What kind? how many? When do you get them? (i might have already missed this post and if i did i'm sorry)
Happy 3 months Rachel! She's such a cutie.
We didn't do a whole lot this weekend. Went to a friends bday party on Saturday, and took the baby. She did really well. She never fails to impress me, every time we've taken her out she never cries or fusses the way she sometimes does at home, I hope she keeps this up.
I need to get motivated this week...I want to make a meal plan and stick to it. Or at least get enough groceries to last a week! I've been really lazy about cooking and cleaning lately.
Happy 3 month Rachel! What a cute new siggy pic!
K-R is the same way when we are out I worry and he does great. I guess he knows who his parents are.
Rebecca-Happy belated birthday!
Saturday-We hung out and I worked on lesson plans for my sub. We also took a family trip to DQ and I got to try their Thin Mint Blizzard. It was so good and worth me obsessing about getting one the days prior.
Sunday-Dh went with me to set up my classroom for my substitute. We went last weekend too so yesterday was a pickup day. Toward the end he got one of the students balls and started kicking it around against the wall. It was driving me crazy. He almost had to change his clip
.
In the evening dh made a grocery run, and R was a bit fussy so I decided to take him out on a walk. R's eyes got all big when we walked past the sprinklers. It was so cute. Then he fell asleep on our way back. I think I'm going to do it more often now that it's getting cooler. It was refreshing.
Today I'll just be relaxing with the baby. When dh comes home I'm going to run out and turn in the baby's registration forms for daycare.
Sounds like a nice weekend. When do you plan on returning to work??
Shannon-Yeah, it was productive. I'll go back the last day of the month. I wanted some more time with the baby before I go back to the grind.
Morning!
Weekend was sooo busy but sooo fun!
My doctor took me off work this morning and is going to reevaluate every two weeks. Thank goodness she's not going to make me go all the way down there every two weeks but she is going to call me instead.
I'm really looking forward to not working for awhile. I think it will cause me less stress when I'm sick.
Morning everyone, my knee was killing me last night and I only got 3 hrs of sleep...I'm so tired today
Friday - Hung out with my sister and made a deep dish pizza which turned out to be mildly sucessful
Sat - drove up to my parents house and spent some time with dad, took my sister to Harry Potter
Sun - H came up to spend time with my fam and we said our goodbyes which was really really hard for me
...its been awhile since I havent had family within driving distance so the rest of the year is going to be hard for me...countdown to Jan 2010 begins!
I am late to the game, but oh well!
Happy 3 months Rachelle! (I am very excited to meet her...and all the other IE babies....this Sat.)
Sat- Morning I went to day 5 of bikram yoga. At night, my parents came over and we took them to Outback for dinner to celebrate my dad's 64th birthday. They came back to our condo and played Wii sports for awhile. It was hilarious! They loved the bowling and my mom was totally holding the Wii-mote like it was a real bowling ball.
Sunday- Went to day 6 of Bikram yoga. After I came home, my H and I decided we wanted to buy some bikes and a new kitchen table. We went to Mathis brothers and bought a really nice, and big, kitchen table with 4 chairs and a 2 person bench. It has a leaf in the middle, so it can seat up to 8 people. We will keep the leaf out most of the time since it is just us, but we are excited because now we can host Thanksgiving dinner.
After Mathis, we did some window shopping but decided not to buy the bikes after all since we spent a nice chunk of change on the table.
Today was my last day of Bikram yoga (I did a 7 day challenege). I am sad its over, but I can't afford the studio's prices, so I will just have to go back to 24 hour fitness now. I taught 2 swim lessons, sold our old table on craigslist, and made turkey burgers for dinner.
No plans for tomorrow.
