Product Rave: Yes to Tomatoes Face Wash/Lotion (Long)

Trouble-free Facial Wash (100ml - 3.38 fl.oz) - $9.99 @ Walgreens

Totally Tranquil Facial Hydrating Lotion (50ml - 1.7 fl.oz) - $14.99 @ Walgreens

In an attempt to clear up my freaked out face, I bought AcneFree Sensitive and knew I'd likely get too dried out if I used just their lotion.  Boy was I right... and Facial Hydrating Lotion to the rescue!  Super smooth and made my skin feel silky.  The AcneFree did NOTHING to help calm my breakouts and actually gave me snake-like peeling on my chin (despite using it at most once a day, and combining the Facial Hydrating Lotion with the AcneFree lotion.)

So I went back and got the Trouble-Free Facial Wash and boxed up the AcneFree.  Within a week, my breakouts were clearing up.  My skin looks a TON better - comparable or better than it had been on while on BCPs.  (Now mind you... this stuff seems to have cleared up INCREDIBLY stubborn breakouts that AcneFree had left or refused to heal for 2 weeks.)

Here's one of my most impressive points: I started the Yes to Tomatoes wash & continued the lotion about a week before I started PMSing (usually when my breakouts START appearing).  And my face CLEARED during PMS (I just started my period, and my skin looks NICE.)

I realize this stuff is meant to be big on being organic, and that truly isn't the selling point for me because some of it's ingredients are undoubtedly difficult to pronounce (which therefore means they're not "clean/natural").  The organic claim I obviously can't comment on because I haven't pursued if their ingredients (the fruit/veg used in the products) are "organically farmed".

Thought I'd share since I know lots of you were having similar issues post-BCPs.
