I'm reading your blog and I'm scratching my head. Have they changed WW Maintanance? When I was working toward maintanance, there was no penalty for being below my goal weight, even during the 6 weeks. As long as you are no more than 2 pounds over during or after the 6 weeks. So if your goal was 145, you can't go above 147 but there is no penalty for being 140 by the time the 6 weeks is over or at any point before or after that. Unless things have changed...

I'm pretty sure they did change it. Now you have to be within 2 pound, above or below after the 6 weeks to get lifetime. I guess after that you can go back to losing if you want, but if you lose a lot more, the leader is supposed to pressure you to change your lifetime goal weight, but they can't make you.
Believe me, there was a time when I started thinking about my lifetime goal where I thought you couldn't EVER weigh in less than 2 pounds below your goal, but the ww boards cleared that up for me - it's just after the 6 weeks.
