I just realized that I didn't share my news with my girls here!
There's this house that DH and I liked from almost 3 mos ago and we kept going back in forth with it, we had our folks look at it and none recommended that we go for it, and it's been a lot of back and forth with it. We've been saying for about a month that we were going to put an offer in but kept holding off for some reason. So anyway, last week we finally decided to go for it, we put in our offer, they countered, and we accepted the counter-offer. Yaaaaay!!! We have an inspection set up for Saturday!!!
Edit: sorry for the babble... long story short, we found a house!!
