So far this summer I have thrown 4 parties and I still have one more left. What in the world was I thinking?? I am completely exhausted.
So far I had DS's 2nd birthday (14 kids) which was by far the easiest, my mother's surprise 60th party, a Jack and Jill for my BIL & FSIL (this past Friday) and my MIL's surprise 60th party (this past Saturday).
I still have BIL's wedding coming up in Winnipeg Labour Day weekend and I have been volun-told by MIL that I will be arranging the Rehersal Dinner / Out-of-Town Guests party for the evening before the wedding.
When did I become a party planner??

Only the first two were fun for me. My MIL is very demanding and difficult when it comes to parties for her or her offspring so I was given a list of "do's and don'ts" for BIL's party that I had to flow into her's as well.
Plus her party was for 70+ people and while DH tried to help, BIL and FSIL decided that they didn't need to do anything, even what they offered to handle in the first place.
