Alterations?
My sister needs to get an old bridesmaid dress altered (it's a black dress that she wants to change up to be able to wear to weddings and stuff). Preferably on the east side. (and she wasnt thrilled with Pauline Miller

for the life of me I can't remember her name, but there is a lady on Clough Pike across from Julifs park who has her entire basement turned in to a sewing shop. I am pretty sure if you google alterations and look for one in that area she should find her. If I think about it tomorrow when i have more time to look I will do it myself and re-post.
I went to her for a few bridesmaid dresses and she does good work!
