Realtors, real estate people, please come in!!
We were just talking to our next door neighbors and I asked them if
they had ever had any problems with bats. They started laughing and
said, "No, but they sure had a big problem at your house last
summer.....they didn't tell you???" I'm so mad!!! Had I known this
was an issue before I wouldn't have brushed it off since we haven't
seen the bats in 2 weeks. My question is.....this was never disclosed
to us. Is it something that should have been? Should I be contacting
our realtor? Or just suck it up and pay for someone to get out here
quickly!!! TIA!!!!!

I'm pretty sure Sex Offenders don't have to be disclosed either. That's something you have to look up on your own.
