I'm doing alright this morning. I woke up and it was storming out and just wanted to stay in bed! Poor Toby is developing allergies and has been chewing on his paws all weekend so I have to call the vet this morning.
Our weekend was good otherwise. We met with the Pastor at church about Declan's baptism, went up to my parents house for a BBQ, cleaned the whole house, did laundry, and had fun playing with Declan yesterday.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I am at work and not at the court house. I spent over 6 hours at the court house on Saturday and was in the jury room for 45 minutes of questioning. Thank God I wasn't picked as a final juror! Afterwards, I went shopping, Lol!
Yesterday my allergies started acting up, so I took a nap while David napped and then we all went out to Kohls, Target and then the IL's house for dinner. Nice relaxing day.
I'm so glad to hear you weren't picked for the jury! Too bad it took up almost all of your Sat. What a coincidence they were picking Drew Peterson's jury this weekend too. LOL!

My weekend was awesome! I had a massage/mani/pedi/eyebrow wax all on Saturday & it was so relaxing. I came out of there just wanting to go to sleep because I was so comfortable and relaxed. We ended up having a date-night on Saturday because I was feeling so awesome/girly. Sunday we spent with my parents to celebrate my B-day/BBQ.
I have a VERY busy week this week so it was nice to totally relax this weekend!

I'm glad you didn't end up a juror, Melanie! I agree - it sucks it ate up an entire day, but with a good end result, at least you got to shop! LOL Glad you enjoyed your pampering, Michelle!
My weekend was a mixture - I had HUGE successes shopping Friday night (see page post from Graves) - I walked away with two HUGE bags from NY&Co.
Although, I also found out my salon is "closed for business" so I'm back on the hunt for a full-service salon/spa in GB. Seriously, I wanted to cry. No one I know gets more than their eyebrows waxed here, so I can't even ask for a recommendation.
Saturday I was pissy - I had to work in the morning (no joke: I got up early to hit the treadmill and NO SOONER shut the treadmill off and started stretching than my boss called me.) Then we ran some errands and I've decided to boycott Walmart. The employee treated me like a dumbass after we looked for 15 minutes for Flat Outs (which I've purchased there before.) She told me they'd been discontinued (which I knew wasn't true - someone JUST blogged about them 2 days earlier.) So we ran to the older Walmart that hasn't been redone, thinking maybe they'd have them. Nope. I was PISSED. We ended up walking into Festival and they had like 4 different kinds. And VitaTops (super yummy chocolatey muffin tops that aren't too bad for you.)
We had a really good time out on Saturday night for our neighbor's 30th bday party. And then I spent most of the day on-and-off working thanks to more issues. We ended up skipping the baseball game we had tickets for because we thought it was going to pour (which it did a little, but not enough for them to call the game).
Sorry, that was long. LOL
Duh! I met Kristin, Patrick, Declan, & Toby on Friday too! Mark & I looked like crap from cleaning but, eh, what a first impression. LOL

Hi girls! My weekend was pretty good, too short as always but this one felt super short for some reason.
Saturday I had a really good workout in the morning and then drove to the mall to try to return something just to find out that the store wasn't there anymore. Plus there was so much traffic so what should have been a 15min drive each way took me almost 45 each way. I bought a new pair of shoes though
Then we went to my friends BBQ which was fun but it was so so hot. I babysat at night and made MH come with me.
Sunday I went to spin class and ran in the morning. Then went to Target and out to lunch with MH, sister and BIL. We are all going on vacation together so we got stuff for the trip. I spent way too much money at Target but got a lot of stuff I needed. I ran a few errands after that and did laundry and cleaned. Then I started to feel sick, I think from the awful heat so I laid in front of the a/c for awhile.
