Vacation Ideas -Possibly Pet Friendly
DH and I are looking for some end of summer vacation opportunities. We would love to be able to take our dog along as well. Our usual dog friendly getaway in Asheville NC is booked. WEare looking for about 6 hour max drive. Any ideas?

If you do go to Hocking Hills, we stay at Old Man's Haven with our dogs when we go. The cabins are very... traditionally decorated... but they are clean and in a pretty setting. The owners are very nice. We have a good time when we go.
If you go, eat at the Grouse Nest Restaurant nearby. So yummy.

Chicago is extremely pet friendly... We've taken our dog there a couple of times. At Brasserie Jo (French restaurant) your dog can sit at the table with you! They even bring a little water bowl for them.
