Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone use/love PayPal?
I had an account a few years ago when i was attempting to do some Ebay stuff, but then i let it lapse. I tried to open a new account yesterday with my new name, address and email address, but since the bank account info was the same i ran in to a problem. So i was on the phone with PayPal's cust. service for almost 20mins this morning! They were nice and took care of it, but now the website is 'confirming' that i'm the owner of the bank account (for my new PayPal account) and i'm feeling a little sketchy about it, in light of what DH is now going thru. Plus, PayPal definitely doesn't make it easy in the beginning! Hopefully it's all smooth sailing after this, cuz i want to use PayPal when i'm ready to set up shop on Etsy to sell my crocheted baby blankets! 
Long story short, is PayPal awesome and worth it?

I don't use it too much anymore, but when I do it's great.
Just be careful because I've gotten a few sketchy emails in the past that were supposedly from PayPal that had links to pages where I'd have to sign in with my username and password, when I called PayPal to confirm (before I entered any info) they said that it wasn't from them. So if you get something that seems suspicious just give them a call to confirm that its from them. (I think it stood out because of the email address that it came from, I think it was like paypal@_____ instead of it being ___@paypal)

Yeah, one of the ladies i talked to said my old account had been flagged earlier this month cuz it seemed like a 3rd party had gotten my info and was trying to send themselves money. She asked if i had opened/answered any kind of emails like that i and i was like 'nope. i haven't been paying attention to that account in a while'. I'll definitely be more on top of this new account though.
