Prayers, Vibes, and an opinion
My friend's sister (the one I mentioned in the Weekend Plans thread below) just passed away. She was only 19.... Even though it was an expected death my friend is having a very very very hard time. Any extra prayers we can get for her would be wonderful.
Onto the opinion part, which arrangement should I order? A plant that she can take home and keep, a regular (vase/pot style) arrangement with roses that she can dry and keep a rose, or a spray with various flowers on an easel?
Thanks, Ladies!
Re: Prayers, Vibes, and an opinion
So sorry to hear that! My thoughts and prayers are with you and her family and friends.
I haven't had any close to me pass on, so I'm not sure which would be best. I think you'd be fine with any of those.
TTC #1 since 08/11 IUI#2 = BFP!
I am so sorry to hear this! I will definitely pray for her family.
What about something she can keep long term? Quilt or figurine come to my mind first off.
So sorry to hear that.
My vote would be for a plant she can keep long term. I still have a plant from when my dad passed 10 years ago and while 'technically' it's just a plant, it's super special to me.
T&P for your friend and her family.
Are you talking about something you'd be sending to the funeral home?? If so, I'd go with an easel one. If it's something you're sending to her home, I think something like this or this would be nice.
My goodness, that is so sad. Thoughts are definitely with you and your friend.
When it comes to what you send, I would definitely go with a plant. That way, your friend could keep it.
That is so sad, I am so sorry to hear this. I think the flowers your chose are a great idea, but it might be best to send them to the funeral home, they usually handle those and take them to all the places they need to go. That way the family doesn't have to.
