oooo...we did a flank steak on the grill and had a corn salsa with it, it was so good!
Yummy GG! If you ever want to do steak tacos like that and you don't want to do the marinade yourself (although I do love Rick Bayless and I'm sure his is excellent!) the marinated skirt steak you can buy at the La Michoacana meat markets is SO good! And pretty cheap.
I'll have to keep that in mind! There's one not too far from our house.
