Hiya. I remember a while back you recommend the Apple Valley Inn in NJ as a weekend getaway to someone and i bookmarked the website. I'm thinking DH and i need to get away for our anniversary weekend at the end of Sept and this could be an option. 
Can you tell me more about it?

I think the wineries and the outlet shopping are going to be huge draws for us...
Oh, how did you get there? I know you guys have a car, but we don't. So we'd either have to rent or figure out public transportation...hm...
I was checking out B&Bs in CT, around where we went on our mini moon last year. I found a really great place, but it's not cheap and it's 2-2.5hrs away! Apple Valley is much closer and friendlier to our budget.
(especially if i'm gonna go outlet shopping!!)
