Hi ladies, by now you know I had my baby boy. It's been a bit of a rough ride with 24 hours of labour and then going into a c-section, I'll write my birth story later cause write now I don't know my head from my *ss!
It's wonderful having my baby boy at home with me, it's true that nothing they say can prepare you. Thanks for all your warm wishes!
Mary
Re: Hello ladies!
Groan.... I did 26 hours of labour (med free!) just to end up with a flippin' C. It's not fun.
Hang in there. Try to 'enjoy' this time as best you can. They grow up faster than you can ever imagine.
So happy to hear from you Mary! Glad to hear that you and Ara are home now. Sorry to hear that you had a rough go, but soon it will be a distant memory!
Can't wait to see some pictures.
Take Care
HI Mary!
I hate hearing that you had such a rough time...I just hope that you recover quick and well! I'm so happy for you - at home with your little boy! Ara is a special baby to have a mommy like you!
Can't wait to see a pic!
what a tease! I was expecting photos.
I hope you recovery quickly & take care of yourself while you get to know your new little one.
I agree, you're a tease! lol
Thanks for letting us know how you are...to be honest I am afraid to read your labour/birth story!
Hi Mary, congrats on Ara... and I look forward to hearing more and seeing pics.
I must say, I find it funny that the ppl who think you're a tease are the non-moms (no offence meant). I know how tough it is in the first few weeks. take your time and enjoy your lil boy. we'll be here when you post your story and pics
Hi Mary,
Glad you're home and I hope the recovery is going well, sounds like it was not a fun experience with the whole birth. I'm sure having your sweet little guy at home is making it all worthwhile though.
Post again and let us know how you're doing when you're feeling up to it
Hey sweets!
Congrats on baby Ara - I can't wait to see pictures when you're ready!
Sorry about the lengthy labour & CS - that definitely is not the ideal way for things to go, but you handled it like a trooper. Rest up and I wish you a great recovery
