Timing...it can be so bizarre
Our condo has been on the market since November, One offer fell through and a 2nd conditional - STRONG - offer right now. We've had a pretty regular flow of folks through, a few a week since it was first listed. Now, all of a sudden (and most odd, since we received an offer) we've had 6 visits in 2 days! All of them are aware that there is an offer on the property but want to see it anyway! Weird. Weird. Weird. Where were all of these eager beavers 6 months ago?! lol

My parents finally accepted an offer on their condo this week as well. Fingers crossed for both of you!
